Printing in 3D
I was fascinated by 3D printers when they started to reach consumer market and wanted to build one. Here is some attempts.
This one is made from an old drain pipe I found out in the barn. It is cut with a jigsaw and painted. As a UV-ramp, I soldered one using 405nm wavelength Leds. Everything is controlled by a RPI using a web interface. It is very quiet and fast.
Below is my first daylight SLA printer where I took parts from an discarded breathing aid machine. There where lot's of mechanics in that one which could be used in a 3D printer project.
